I already have an agency/designer. Why do I need Mate?
Using Mate takes the pressure off your agency or designer. Content creation for your digital channels is significantly simplified, allowing them to focus on larger and more creative projects. This leads to a more efficient use of your resources, saves time and money and allows you to focus more intensively on important projects.
How can I make sure that the templates match our corporate design?
Before you receive your software access, we will develop your templates together. Our experienced designers create individual templates based on Mate's Favorites that correspond to your corporate design. So without your approval, we can't even get started. As soon as everything has been finalized, you can create your own varied content in Mate without any further help from us!
Does Mate have to be installed on the user's computer?
No, Mate is a web-based application and can be accessed via any browser. You therefore do not need to install Mate locally.
Can I create videos with Mate?
Of course you can! In Mate, you can create not only graphics and animations, but also videos that match your corporate design. You can also export your creations in various file formats, such as JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF and MP4.
Is it possible to integrate DAM systems?
In most cases, it is possible to integrate your digital asset management system (DAM) without any problems. We would be happy to check the feasibility of your individual system so that your employees can use a central image database.
What about data security?
We fully comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and can conclude data processing agreements (DPAs) on request. Our software runs on the server infrastructure of AWS (Amazon Web Services) to guarantee you maximum reliability, highest performance and comprehensive security.
