The Offer

We write your individual offer, which is perfectly tailored to your needs and wishes. After you have signed it, we go straight into planning the kick-off call.

The Kick-off Call

We find the perfect time to discuss what you can expect at Mate and what you expect from Mate. In the kick-off call, we discuss all the important details. What use cases does your company have? What exactly is important to you? Which templates do you need for your company to really take off? Which channels do you want to use and what are your goals? If you choose our Mate's Favourites template package, we can get you up and running in no time. With our Mate's Favourites you get, in the fastest way, the perfect template package for all your use cases.

The Corporate Design

In the next step we need all the documents that are important for your corporate design. Logos, fonts, images, style guides, handbooks and all files that help us to understand your corporate design comprehensively. After we receive everything from you, we start to implement the design markup. That means we design and create your templates so you can test them and get an accurate picture of working with your templates in a test interface.

Your Feedback

Now it's up to you! We rely on your feedback. Do you have any change requests? Are you happy with your templates? It's all about teamwork! In order for everything to run as smoothly as possible, we also depend on you! The faster we get your condensed feedback, the faster you can start taking your business to the next level visually. Short, to the point feedback loops are the key to success here!

Once you have given us your feedback, we will implement it and your templates will be integrated into your Mate interface!
