Most marketers will know it: content creation is often very tedious, as it involves a lot of feedback loops. Moreover, there are usually several colleagues involved in the process, which makes the work complicated and inefficient. Posts need to be exported and sent out after creation to get feedback. Then, that feedback must also be sent and incorporated into the posts - a super cumbersome process.

This problem is especially prevalent for groups of companies with multiple subsidiaries, as already addressed in our last Newsroom post. Here it is difficult to manage and control the content of all subsidiaries - which usually leads to inefficient workflows and a non-uniform and thus unprofessional online presence.

With Mate, you can now work collaboratively within a post. You can create a visual, video, multislider, etc. and your colleagues can access it in the tool, change something, etc. Everything is live trackable as you can see who is where in the post - in the headline, main text, image, etc. You can also tag your colleagues at certain points in the post and get specific feedback here. We are working on Mate throughout and plan to expand this feature with a chat soon. This will make collaborative content creation even easier, as specific questions about certain parts of the posts can be answered directly in the tool, without the need for an additional messenger.
